What Our Pizza Truck Offers

 

Scheduling

We are at the event for a total of 3 hours including set up, serving time and clean up. 

 

Set up: 20 minutes

Pizza and Salads: 2 hours

Dessert: 30 minutes

 

We offer 2.5 hour lunch and dinner serving time options that include the times below.

Lunch: 1:00 - 3:30 

Dinner:  5:30 - 8:00

​

We are flexible to the degree that we can be depending on travel time needed.  We show up to events 30 minutes before the start time to set up our truck. 

 

Pizza Truck Menu Details

 Buffet-style party which includes:

• Pizza - we bring over 20 different toppings to offer variety from serving basic pies to getting creative with specialty pies including white pies, sauce pies, mashed potato & bacon, buffalo chicken, BBQ chicken, fresh tomato, spinach & ricotta and more

• Salads:

  • Summer Spinach Salad (fresh strawberries, toasted almonds, red onion tossed in a strawberry vinaigrette dressing). 

  • Caesar Salad with croutons tossed in caesar dressing

 

Desserts​

• Mini Cannolis - homemade filling with chocolate chips

• Nutella Dessert Pizza with fresh strawberries

• Gelato - Vanilla & Chocolate

• Sorbets - Lemon 

 

We also supply the following:

• Serving Tables for the buffet

• Paper Plates

• Napkins

• Plastic Silverware

• Trash Bins 

 

Your guests won't have to worry about being hungry!

 

 

BOOKING YOUR EVENT

 

A $200 deposit is required to book the date. Please confirm your party size a week prior to your event so we can make sure that we have more than enough for your guests.  We prefer parking on pavement or flat surfaces to keep the oven on even ground.  The truck weighs 14,500lbs so we want to avoid damaging septic fields, sprinkler systems or having the truck sink into the ground.
